Particulate Matter Filter Cartridges From ICS To Suit Many Applications

ThermaPore™ filter media for particulate matter is manufactured in continuous rolls that are either 28 inches or 40 inches wide.
• Most filter applications require maximum filter surface area in a minimum volume.
• The patented pleating process provides high filter surface area in small volumes.
• Use of the ceramic binder in all pleating and cartridge manufacturing steps, assures operating temperature up to 1,200°C .
• Rectangular or round cartridge configurations are alsoavailable.
• The rectangular cartridges can be stacked in a frame to accommodate large gas streams.
• ThermaPore™ filter cartridges can be enclosed in a 25 x 25 x 25 inch cube to handle a 5,000 cubic feet/minute gas stream.
• 1,200 ft² of ThermaPore™ media can be enclosed in a stacked 12 x 18 x 96 inch frame to handle a 24,000 cubic feet/minute exhaust stream.
